By purchasing access to PlanSnapper, you agree to these terms. Please read them before checkout.
PlanSnapper offers two access tiers: a 24-hour Day Pass ($9) and a monthly subscription ($29/month). Access begins immediately after a successful payment and is tied to the email address used at checkout.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share access with others.
Payments are processed by Polar.sh. By purchasing, you agree to Polar's payment terms in addition to these terms.
Day Pass: Non-refundable. Access is delivered immediately upon payment, making the purchase a completed digital delivery.
Monthly subscription: You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days. To cancel, email hello@plansnapper.com.
You may use PlanSnapper for any lawful purpose. You may not:
PlanSnapper is a measurement aid. It produces results based on the floor plan image you provide and the scale you set. The accuracy of its output depends on the accuracy of the source image and your scale calibration.
PlanSnapper performs the mathematical calculations. You are responsible for professional judgment, including determining what qualifies as above-grade finished area under ANSI Z765-2021 or any other applicable standard. We do not make representations about the suitability of PlanSnapper output for any specific professional, legal, or regulatory purpose.
You retain ownership of any floor plan images you upload. PlanSnapper does not claim any rights over your content.
The PlanSnapper software, interface, and content are owned by Corvus Global and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
PlanSnapper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanSnapper and Corvus Global are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool, including damages resulting from measurement errors or reliance on tool output in professional contexts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PlanSnapper after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
